Customer Service Representatives are responsible for creating an exceptional experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Communicating with customers regarding products and services using email and phone platforms
• Full range of billing and collections duties
• Negotiating and completing order requests as needed
• Working with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently
• Accurately computing and quoting various fees and adjustments
• Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs
• Full range of repair resolution duties

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer focused role
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make solid decisions
• Professional
• History of excellent work attendance
• Basic math skills, data entry skills, and sales aptitude
• Basic knowledge of legacy Telco products preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Must haves for this job:

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• 18 Years of age or older
