Pay Rate:  $18/hour-$20/hour

Hours: Part Time, Flexible to working any days and hours between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Temporary at least 1 year through August 2027, potentially longer

Job Title: Customer Service

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)

Responsibilities: 

• Make warm and cold calls to prospective business clients using company-provided leads
• Follow scripted conversations to introduce products and services
• Encourage potential customers to schedule appointments with the sales representative for product demonstrations and presentations
• Answer questions regarding products, services, and pricing
• Accurately document customer interactions, appointments, and account information
• Maintain organized records and coordinate appointment details for the sales team

Requirements: 

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to set appointments
• Willingness to learn through hands-on training
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable using technology, including phone systems and dual monitors
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Medical terminology or inside sales experience is a plus, but not required
