Customer Service - Part Time- Confirmations Specialist
Compensation: $17 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Weekends: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Remote)

A Customer Service -Confirmations Specialist willwork on our Confirmations Team along with our sales team to manage calendars, communicate with customers, and confirm appointments to delivering a great customer experience.
Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers over the phone and written channels
- Respond to queries related to products and services
- Handle and resolve complaints in accord with established policies and procedures
- Any additional duties that are necessary due to the evolving needs of the business
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
