This unique role combines office-based customer support with warehouse operations, offering variety throughout the day and the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and patient care.

What You'll Do
Customer Service & Order Processing
- Answer customer phone calls and emails in a professional, responsive manner.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately within the company's ERP system.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution.
- Maintain organized email inboxes using established templates and filing systems.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication.
Warehouse & Order Fulfillment
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle time-sensitive and urgent orders supporting surgical procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Team Support
- Rotate between customer service and warehouse responsibilities based on business needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
- Support operational improvements and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service, order entry, or sales support experience required.
- Distribution, healthcare, medical device, or related industry experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software preferred; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to approximately 40 pounds.
- Team-player mentality with a willingness to support both office and warehouse operations.
Schedule & Location
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 100% onsite in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually
Comprehensive benefits include:
- Medical insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota with employer paying 75% of employee and dependent premiums
