Our client, a growing medical device distribution company serving healthcare providers throughout the Midwest, is seeking a Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Representative to join their team in Eden Prairie. With fewer than 10 employees, this entrepreneurial / start-up organization offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment where every employee plays a meaningful role in the company's success.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Order Processing

  • Answer customer phone calls and emails in a professional, responsive manner.
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately within the company's ERP system.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain organized email inboxes using established templates and filing systems.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication.

Warehouse & Order Fulfillment

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle time-sensitive and urgent orders supporting surgical procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Team Support

  • Rotate between customer service and warehouse responsibilities based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
  • Support operational improvements and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service, order entry, or sales support experience required.
  • Distribution, healthcare, medical device, or related industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software preferred; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to approximately 40 pounds.
  • Team-player mentality with a willingness to support both office and warehouse operations.

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 100% onsite in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually

Comprehensive benefits include:

  • Medical insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota with employer paying 75% of employee and dependent premiums
  • Dental insurance with employer paying 75% of employee and dependent premiums
  • 401(k) plan with up to 3.5% employer match
  • $50,000 Life Insurance and AD&D coverage
  • Long-Term Disability coverage at 60% of earnings (up to $8,000 per month)
  • Benefits effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment
