Description
Job Title: Customer Service Order Entry
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000
Work Model: Remote – offsite (Remote but must live in the vicinity of Blue Bell, PA)
Hours: TBD - 1st shift
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Handle basic customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues when necessary
- Utilize Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform daily tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order processing and data management
- Ensure all data entry tasks comply with company standards and procedures
Requirements
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in data entry or customer service roles preferred
