About the Role:People Source OKC is hiring a
Customer Service Representative for a busy distribution center in Oklahoma City. In this hybrid role, you'll primarily provide customer support and administrative assistance, while also stepping in as a
backup warehouse worker as needed. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both office and hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, and inventory updates.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and timely manner.
- Process and track orders accurately using computer systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Serve as a backup warehouse associate to assist with packing, sorting, or light shipping tasks when needed.
- Maintain organized records and assist with general office duties.
Requirements:- 1–2 years of customer service experience; distribution or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable and flexible, with a team-first attitude.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to lift light packages and assist in warehouse tasks as needed.
