What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Sales Support
Be the first point of contact — greet clients and create a welcoming, professional experience
Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries with speed and confidence
Assist customers with questions, scheduling, and service coordination
Identify opportunities to support sales efforts and enhance customer relationships
Office Operations & Admin
Keep systems organized and up to date (CRM, spreadsheets, internal tools)
Coordinate appointments, calendars, and follow-ups
Support daily office operations and team projects
Help streamline processes and improve efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Recent college grads or entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems, or quick learner)
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Positive, high-energy attitude with a “figure-it-out” mindset

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience: $18.00 – $25.00/hr
