Position: Customer Service Manager (onsite)

Type of position: Permanent

Location: North Hills

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $85k annually

Summary:

This role provides senior‑level oversight of sales administration operations, supporting high service standards and consistent revenue performance. The position plays a key role in ensuring effective customer engagement, accurate order management, and strong cross‑functional coordination.

Team & Resource Management

  • Lead and support a team of sales administration professionals
  • Balance workload and capacity to meet operational demands
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development
  • Establish priorities and support team effectiveness during high‑impact or urgent situations
  • Promote collaboration and alignment with organizational leadership principles

Sales Administration & Customer Support

  • Oversee order lifecycle activities including quotations, order acknowledgments, approvals, invoicing, and warranty support
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests
  • Provide responsive customer support and facilitate internal coordination when needed
  • Address sales administration‑related claims and inquiries

Process, Systems & Performance

  • Ensure accurate data maintenance across internal systems and customer portals
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and reporting
  • Support adherence to standardized processes and tools while identifying improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with front‑office performance goals
  • Ensure awareness and application of applicable commercial terms and conditions

Business & Customer Outcomes

  • Support responsiveness in quoting, order management, and issue resolution
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and commercial efficiency
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with business systems, ERP/MRP platforms, and Microsoft Office tools

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service and management experience
