* Part-time considerable.
- Early Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break included)
- Late Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM (1-hour break included)
Job Responsibilities
Main Duties: Lounge Operations
- Welcoming and assisting guests at the lounge reception
- Maintaining the lounge environment (cleaning, organizing, restocking supplies)
- Handling stroller and umbrella rentals, as well as luggage storage
- Data entry and simple reporting tasks using Excel or similar tools
- Providing information on campaigns and promotions
- Distributing and explaining promotional materials
- Assisting customers with credit card theft or loss, including immediate reissuance support
- Explaining credit card usage, reward points, and overseas travel insurance/benefits
- Able to work at both Waikiki and Ala Moana locations
- Transportation allowance provided (bus pass or parking reimbursement, up to a limit)
- Availability to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday is highly preferred)
- Flexible to work both early and late shifts
- Available for full-time work (5 days per week) preferred but Part-time can be considered
- Bilingual: Fluent Japanese and conversational English
- Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
