POSITION:  Customer Service

WORKSITE:  Kentucky River Community Care/Perry County Outpatient

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Regular Full-Time

DEGREE/REQUIREMENTS:  High School Diploma/GED

SPECIAL SKILLS:  Knowledge of multiple computer systems and operating a multi-line phone system.

JOB DUTIES:

• Multitasking while answering a multi-line phone system.
• Scheduling appointments in an electronic medical record with several providers.

SHIFT/DAYS & WORK HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
