Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs
- Present and explain insurance products and policies to clients
- Provide ongoing customer service and build lasting relationships
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding coverage, pricing, and terms.
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and accurate information.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service insurance experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
