Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)
Broward County, FL
Pay: $18.00 per hour starting pay
Training Start Date: August 3
Schedule: Full-time 9am to 5pm - (half hour lunch and two 15 min breaks)

Are you passionate about helping people and providing outstanding customer service? We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a long-term career.
No insurance license? No problem! We are willing to invest in the right candidate by covering the cost of your licensing and training.

What You'll Do
  • Assist customers by phone with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Answer questions and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while documenting customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in a high-volume call environment.
  • Follow company procedures and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Positive, professional attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Dependable, eager to learn, and team-oriented.
  • Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Personal cell phone required for two-factor authentication (2FA).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative License preferred.
  • Candidates without a license are encouraged to apply.

Paid Licensing Opportunity
If you are not currently licensed, we will cover the cost of obtaining your:
  • Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative License
  • Florida 6-20 Desk Adjuster License
  • Fingerprinting fees

After successfully obtaining your required license, you'll receive a $1.00 per hour pay increase.
Compensation
  • Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
  • +$1.00/hour upon successful completion of the required licensing program
