We are seeking a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our team on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week to start. This role involves assisting customers in English and Spanish via phone, email, or in person, providing professional and courteous support to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, recording interactions, and maintaining accurate information.
Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written), strong communication skills, prior customer service experience preferred, and availability for the temporary assignment.
Location is in Mt. Vernon, with pay ranging from $18-$22 per hour.
