As a data collection operator, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the data collection process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established protocols. This role involves supervising data collection activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring data entry procedures. Attention to detail is paramount as you''ll be responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of collected data. The Intake Coordinator is expected to maintain production and quality standards.

Additional Job Duties:

• Supervise data collection activities
• Monitor data entry procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate effectively and provide guidance and support to data collection users
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Monitor and report on the progress of data collection activities
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Required:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Fluent English
• 1 year of Data Collection and Customer Service experience
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

Preferences:

• Instruction capabilities
• Knowledge of data collection methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to diagnose software/hardware issues
