Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) | Robertsdale, AL

Capitol City Produce is growing, and we're on the lookout for an EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and deliver top-tier professionalism under pressure, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately taking and entering customer orders via phone.
• Monitoring customer order patterns and identifying trends or concerns.
• Proactively contacting appropriate personnel to resolve issues.
• Managing multiple high-volume phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
• Supporting customers with questions or updates regarding products or services.

What You Bring to the Table:

High school diploma or equivalent 3–6 years of customer service experience (required) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor Proficient in 10-key data entry Experience with Google Suite and Excel Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work one Saturday morning or holiday following training
• Occasional mid/night shifts may be required
