Requirements include a minimum of 2 years' experience in freight forwarding, preferably in customer service or operations, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. Experience with ERP systems like CargoWise One and handling ocean or air services is preferred.
Responsibilities involve validating bookings, tracking shipments, updating clients, building relationships, managing inquiries, and ensuring release requirements are met. The role offers a salary of $22-$28/hour, a hybrid work schedule, full benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth.
