Full-time position for a Customer Service Coordinator in the Loading / Customer Service department.
Serves as a liaison between customers, production, and shipping by managing CPU tickets, coordinating shipments, and communicating order status and delivery readiness.
Key duties include communicating with customers, tracking CPU tickets, coordinating UPS/FRT shipments, generating reports, and supporting shipping operations.
Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Physical ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
Preferred experience in customer service, logistics, or manufacturing.
