We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator for our Maple Grove location who is passionate about delivering the Floyd's 99 amplified experience. As the first and last person to interact with every guest, and you set the tone for each visit by creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere from the moment guests walk through the door. You are the face of the shop-managing the front desk, coordinating appointments, processing payments, supporting retail sales, and helping our talented barbers and stylists deliver an exceptional experience every day. Our Twin Cities shops are located in Chanhassen, Edina, Maple Grove, and the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis.At Floyd's 99, we believe everyone deserves to express their individuality.
