    Customer Service Coordinator
    1st shift
    $55,000.00 salary

    We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service professional to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and working with different departments to make sure customers receive the service and support they need.

    In this role, you’ll be an important connection between our customers and internal teams, helping coordinate orders, track production, and keep communication flowing smoothly.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through ongoing communication

    • Receive and process customer purchase orders and order releases

    • Review orders for pricing, lead times, delivery dates, and other requirements

    • Send order acknowledgements and keep customers informed throughout the process

    • Generate work orders and documentation needed for production

    • Help maintain production schedules and related reports

    • Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Shipping

    • Track and expedite customer orders when needed

    • Communicate with customers to gather information and help resolve questions or concerns

    • Verify shipping documentation against customer purchase orders

    • Monitor production status and proactively provide customers with updates

    • Maintain organized customer, quote, and purchase order files

    • Assist the Sales team with bid packages, requests for quotes, and proposals

    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

    What We’re Looking For

    We’d love to meet someone who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Qualifications include:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • At least 6 months of related experience in a manufacturing environment

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Windows applications

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    • Good judgment, discretion, and attention to confidential information

    • Willingness to occasionally make day trips to customer locations
