Title: Customer Service Consultant - Fraud & Claims Rep
Location: 801 Walnut Street, Des Moines, IA
Duration: 6 months
Work Engagement: W2
Work Schedule: Onsite - 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
Servicing Inbound and Outbound call assistance with Retail Fraud Phone line.
Investigate potentially fraudulent activity while supporting team performance and cross-functional operational tasks.
Recommend process and tool improvements that increase the efficiency of fraud and claims operations.
Prioritize work independently and provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the Fraud & Claims team.
Identify and submit customer complaints when applicable.
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to less experienced staff on complex fraud and claims matters.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Experience in customer service, financial services, fraud, or investigations.
Equivalent experience may include a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Bilingual Spanish speaking and writing.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cash vault operations and high-volume cash handling.
Fraud and claims operations experience.
Contact center or phone-based customer service experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications and use search tools to locate information.
Retail Services and/or PLLC experience.
