Customer Service Clerk

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking Customer Service Clerks for multiple clients located throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area, including Dunedin, Tampa, and St. Petersburg, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in the insurance industry or those eager to learn a new field.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Taking general information from customers and entering it accurately into the system.
• Following up with customers by phone and/or email, as needed, to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Two years of previous call center or customer service experience.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.

Required Work Hours:

Flexible shifts available: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, and 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Benefits:

• Competitive pay rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $20.00 per hour based on performance and experience.
