Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service & Case Entry Representative opportunity at NDX Thayer Dental Laboratory in Mechanicsburg, PA.
The regular hours for this position are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Unpacking and sanitizing new work as needed as described in the procedural SOP
- Sort and attach doctor prescriptions, notes, etc. to the case pan
- Calling customers to verify and/or gather information to properly schedule cases
- Primary responsibility is to schedule incoming cases
- Invoice finished cases
- Properly pack completed cases
- Verify and properly consolidate all cases to prepare for shipping
- Sort and properly ship packages that require express services
- Disburse cases for local drivers
- Maintain proper level of assembled shipping boxes
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work area free of debris
- Answering telephones
- Assist with filing and/or scanning completed paperwork properly
- Assist with supply request fulfillment as needed
- All other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: strong knowledge of dental terminology
- No experience required

- Disinfectant process chemicals
- Personal protective equipment as required
- Office equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
