In this role, you will be the key connection between our customers, sales team, production departments, and management-helping ensure every customer receives outstanding service and support. What You'll Do - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, fax, and website inquiries
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide pricing, delivery, and product information to customers
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and order confirmations
What We're Looking For - 1-3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret order information and technical documents
