Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and supporting administrative tasks. You'll work closely with the team to ensure every customer experience is friendly, efficient, and memorable.
What Youll Do
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for
Managing daily customer calls and promptly handling order entries
Maintaining and updating customer accounts, including promotions and specials
Processing quotes, orders, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
Assisting walk-in customers at the front counter with a friendly demeanor
Providing additional AP/AR support for bookkeeping if applicable
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
High School Graduate or equivalent
2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
AP/AR skills are a strong plus for future bookkeeping responsibilities
Proficiency with computers and basic marketing knowledge preferred
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Friendly, customer-focused demeanor with proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt to workload changes and maintain accuracy
Ability to pass a 10-year state background check
