Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Create positive, personalized experiences for customers at every interaction.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service needs.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support operational and sales initiatives that drive location performance.
• Act as a customer experience champion by monitoring guest feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service.
• Partner with leadership and team members to create a culture of hospitality, accountability, and excellence.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues to help enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and service standards.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in operations, sales, hospitality, retail, travel, or related industries.
• Rental car industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.
