Responsibilities: of the Operations Associate Include: Manage all correspondents with customers relating to all service and claim needs, client information, service requests, and contract benefits. Maintain timely and professional communication with all clients through phone, email, chat, and text channels. Retain client knowledge of products and knowledge of customer procedures and rules. Continue communication with managers and other team members regarding special project developments and assigned responsibilities. Qualifications: for the Operations Associate Include: Bachelor's degree is required. Must pass call center simulation test. Intermediate PC skills including all Microsoft office software. Ability to work on a team and thrive in a team environment.
