Requirements for Customer Service Advisor:
Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs
Create and manage repair orders and service documentation
Communicate with technicians to provide customers with repair updates
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist walk-in customers

Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor:
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn about automotive parts and repair services
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills
