As a Customer Service Administrative Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting customer needs by providing timely information and handling requests related to product inquiries and orders. You'll collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and help maintain smooth operations.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Administrative Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Communicating directly with customers via phone, email, or in person to address questions and concerns
  • Supporting on-time delivery goals for both customers and the company
  • Coordinating with internal departments to meet customer requirements
  • Maintaining accurate and current files for customer accounts
  • Accessing and updating supplier accounts in customer portals, ensuring information is accurate and timely
  • Logging and reporting all account changes or activity impacts to the General Manager
  • Working with the Accounting Department on purchase orders, payment terms, and payments when necessary
  • Processing orders, schedule changes, and filling out required documentation
  • Preparing and submitting quotes and bids, including gathering information from customers, forwarding specifications to Supply Chain or Engineering, and collaborating with management to establish pricing

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Two years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment or similar setting (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills via email and phone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Excel (intermediate level), and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
