As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
Greeting walk-in customers and answering professional phone inquiries with a friendly attitude.
Supporting project managers with essential paperwork, filing, and scheduling tasks.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom floor for all visitors.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication.
Proficiency in basic computer functions. Familiarity with Fishbowl or similar management software is preferred.
