We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to help customers by phone, email, and other channels.
What You'll Do
Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries
Answer questions and fix routine issues, escalating when needed
Log interactions and update records in internal systems
Meet productivity, quality, and attendance goals
What You Need
High school diploma or GED
1 year of customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
Basic computer and data entry skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new systems
