As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle a variety of client interactions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. You'll work closely with your team to deliver results that matter.
What You'll Do As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for
Answering and transferring phone calls efficiently
Processing payments and uploading them into company websites
Sending email and letter communications to clients for upcoming renewals
Pulling cancellation notices and reinstatement forms, recording details in the system
Handling daily downloads, invoicing policies, and issuing Auto ID Cards
Processing change requests and working collaboratively with licensed agents
Scanning documents and attaching them to the management system
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Comfortable working in a general office environmentstanding, sitting, and using computers
Good communication skills via phone and email
