Job Summary
North Canton TV & Appliance is looking for a Customer Sales and Service Representative to join our team! This position plays a key role as you will be responsible for working in Sales, assisting with Scheduling & Service requests. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Help in Sales of Appliances & Consumer Electronics
- Help maintain the Sales Showroom
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist in various aspects of Receiving and Deliveries
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in working with the public
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
