Choose from the following schedules:

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Weekend Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Part Time: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 6:00pm

About the Position

Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Sales Representatives to assist customers with vacation packages, travel reservations, booking options, and account updates.

This is an inbound phone-based customer service and sales position. You'll speak with customers who are interested in travel, help them review available vacation options, answer questions, and assist them with selecting and booking packages that fit their needs.

You do not need previous travel experience. Paid training is provided. We're looking for outgoing, dependable people who enjoy talking with customers and are comfortable recommending services and asking for the sale.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Discuss available vacation packages and travel options
• Help customers compare packages, dates, and pricing
• Recommend options based on the customer's needs
• Assist customers with reservations and bookings
• Explain promotions, upgrades, and available services
• Identify opportunities to sell or upgrade vacation packages
• Complete bookings and enter information accurately
• Update existing reservations and customer accounts
• Answer general customer questions
• Provide friendly, professional service throughout the call
