Customer Sales Process Coordinator. This a hybrid contract opportunity in Vancouver, WA.
The Customer Sales Process Coordinator supports customer sales and implementation activities, manages ongoing customer relationships, coordinates the resolution of product and technical issues, and partners with account owners on renewals and expansion opportunities.
- This role supports customer sales and order activities for Testing, Inspection, and Certification products and services.
- The Sales Process Specialist will support an outside sales team by processing quotes and orders, booking orders, coordinating customer contract execution, clarifying project scope and requirements, and maintaining customer communication throughout the process.
- The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused problem solver who can coordinate across multiple internal teams, maintain clear communication, and ensure customers receive a consistent and positive post-sales experience.
- All necessary equipment will be provided for remote work, along with comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship!
What You Bring- Strong customer relationship management and customer service skills.
- Experience supporting customers during implementation, onboarding, account management, customer success, or another post-sales function.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ownership, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage product, service, and technical issues through resolution.
- Strong coordination, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to coordinate across sales, technical, engineering, delivery, and fulfillment teams.
- Ability to build productive relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience within Testing, Inspection, and Certification services or another technical, regulated, or compliance-focused environment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with MS Office including Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus but is not required.
- Tech-savvy individual able to multitask across multiple systems and processes to complete tasks efficiently.
What You'll Do- Guide the post-sales implementation of Testing, Inspection, and Certification products and services.
- Collaborate with account owners on customer renewal strategies and potential expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate post-sale activities to ensure customers meet certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers regarding post-sales services and ongoing relationship support.
- Build trust, transparency, and loyalty with customer contacts.
- Gather customer feedback and direct it to the appropriate internal teams.
- Connect customer personnel with relevant account managers, sales representatives, technical inside sales representatives, delivery teams, engineers, and other internal resources.
- Take ownership of product, investment, and technical issues through complete resolution from the customer's perspective.
- Support implementation and fulfillment teams in delivering post-sale solutions.
- Collaborate with internal resources until customer issues are resolved and clearly communicated.
- Provide customer and account insights to support renewal planning and broader sales strategies.
- Develop a strong internal problem-solving network and engage the appropriate personnel to address challenges and improve service delivery.
- Work independently under moderate guidance while managing multiple customer needs and priorities.
Compensation InformationThis role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected hourly rate for this position is $24 - $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for accrued paid time off.
