    Customer Sales & Order Fulfillment Representative


    Location: Aero Design, Mt Juliet, TN
    Job Type: Full-Time Hourly


    Position Summary


    We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Sales & Order Fulfillment Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the customer order process for both new and overhauled parts, from the initial quotation through order fulfillment and shipping.


    The ideal candidate will support new business development, maintain strong customer relationships, and resolve customer inquiries and issues. This position is designed for an intermediate-level sales professional seeking to expand their product knowledge and market expertise within a dynamic, customer-driven environment.


    Key Responsibilities



    • Serve as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of domestic and international customers.

    • Respond to customer requests for quotations by providing pricing and delivery information via phone, email, and other communication channels.

    • Manage customer orders from quote through shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

    • Receive and process parts for repair and coordinate with customers and internal business units regarding delivery schedules and order exceptions.

    • Provide regular order updates and status reports to customers.

    • Prepare detailed repair quotations and proactively follow up with customers to obtain approvals.

    • Support business growth by developing new customer opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

    • Generate ad hoc reports using proprietary software and Microsoft Excel.

    • Maintain accurate documentation and organize files in compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.


    Qualifications


    Required



    • Strong customer service and communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.


    Preferred



    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

    • Experience in sales, customer support, order management, or account coordination.

    • Knowledge of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) industry.

    • Experience working with domestic and international customers.

    • Familiarity with aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or technical products is a plus.
