Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on customer interaction, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance.


Responsibilities
  • Communicate and service existing customers regarding renewals, coverage options, and coverage changes.
  • Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
  • Own licensed service execution.
  • 48-hour Service Level Agreement
  • Underwriting follow-up same day
  • Need-based product identification and household expansion.
  • Protect retention.
Qualifications
  • Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License in state of residence
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.
  • Property & Casualty only = $37,000 base
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health = $40,000 base
Salary
  • Property & Casualty only = $37,000 base
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health = $40,000 base
  • Position also includes benefits package, including health and dental insurance contribution, PTO, and performance bonus. Total compensation potential is $50,000+
