Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on customer interaction, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and service existing customers regarding renewals, coverage options, and coverage changes.
- Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
- Own licensed service execution.
- 48-hour Service Level Agreement
- Underwriting follow-up same day
- Need-based product identification and household expansion.
- Protect retention.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License in state of residence
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.
- Property & Casualty only = $37,000 base
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health = $40,000 base
Salary
- Property & Casualty only = $37,000 base
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health = $40,000 base
- Position also includes benefits package, including health and dental insurance contribution, PTO, and performance bonus. Total compensation potential is $50,000+
