Description

Customer Response Specialist

Tulsa, OK | Full-Time | $35,360/year ($17/hour) | 2nd & 3rd Shift

Looking for your next step — not just another customer service job?

A growing Tulsa team is looking for a Customer Response Specialist to join a fast-paced operation supporting customers during security-related events. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work history and solid customer service experience who is ready to take those skills into a more specialized role and continue building a career.

Previous dispatch or security experience is NOT required. We're interested in people who know how to communicate professionally, stay calm when things get busy, pay attention to details, and take their work seriously.

If you've built your experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, customer service, call center, retail, administrative support, or another customer-facing environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Pay, Schedule & Long-Term Opportunity

  • $35,360/year ($17/hour) | Weekly Pay

  • Contract-to-Hire with a 100% long-term opportunity

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required

  • On-site in Tulsa

  • The goal is long-term employment and permanent placement with the company. Conversion is heavily based on attendance and successfully doing the job as expected.

In other words: show up, do the job right, work well with the team, and you'll have the opportunity to build a long-term career here.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to security and alarm activity

  • Speak with customers to verify information and understand what is happening

  • Follow established procedures and use good judgment to determine the appropriate response

  • Coordinate with emergency services or other appropriate parties when needed

  • Monitor multiple systems while managing calls and time-sensitive information

  • Accurately document activity and maintain detailed records

  • Provide calm, professional communication during situations where customers may be stressed or concerned

Why This Could Be a Great Next Step

This isn't just about answering phones. You'll learn specialized systems, procedures, and response processes while developing skills in communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and handling time-sensitive situations.

We're looking for someone who wants to build on their customer service experience and grow into a more specialized career path.

You may be a great fit if you've been successful in roles such as:

  • Hotel Front Desk / Guest Services

  • Customer Service / Call Center

  • Hospitality / Restaurant

  • Retail

  • Administrative or Office Support

  • Security / Loss Prevention

  • Dispatch or Monitoring

No direct dispatch experience? That's okay. Training is provided. What matters most is that you've demonstrated that you can show up, communicate well, learn, and handle responsibility.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong, consistent work history with good tenure in previous positions

  • Customer service experience — either in person or over the phone

  • Professional communication and a customer-focused attitude

  • Ability to stay composed and make decisions in time-sensitive situations

  • Comfortable learning new computer systems and working with multiple screens

  • 30+ WPM typing speed

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable attendance is essential

  • Ability to successfully complete required background check, drug screen, and assessments

Ready for Something More?

If you've spent the last few years building a solid customer service or hospitality background and you're ready for a role where you can learn new skills, take on more responsibility, and grow, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Apply today — we'd love to hear about your experience!
