Works under the supervision of the Director of Patient Financial Services. Investigates complaints. Follows up on patient inquires regarding billings while providing courteous patient relations service in a confidential manner. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: High school education or GED.
Licensure: None.
Experience: One (1) or more years’ experience in medical billing, including medical terminology, computer experience and guest relations.
The hourly rate for this position is $33.27 - $40.03. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for this position.
