Are you organized, detail-driven, and confident working with customers? TradeSTAR is hiring Customer Renewal Specialists for a leading technology services provider in the Austin area. This is a 10 12 week project supporting service agreement renewals with the opportunity to extend for top performers.

What You ll Do
Manage and process renewals for existing service agreements
Reach out to customers ahead of contract expiration to start the renewal process
Prepare and send renewal proposals and customer-facing documents
Communicate with customers via phone and email to explain services and close renewals
Track renewal timelines and ensure contracts are completed on time
Maintain and update renewal forecasts and reports
Work closely with service, sales, and finance teams to keep everything moving
Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams when needed
What We re Looking For
2+ years of experience in renewals, inside sales, or sales support roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks
Confident communication skills (phone and email)
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable working with contracts, quotes, and customer accounts
