Qualified candidates must have previous RV industry experience.  


Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed reports
• Cold calling/visiting new prospects
• Visiting current and new customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers 
• Networking at events
• Create new and innovative strategies to increase sales
• Some travel out of state a few times a year
• Write and negotiate contracts

Qualifications:

• Previous outside sales experience required along with new business development
• Must enjoy working directly with people
• Attention to detail 
• Marketing skills
• Negotiation skills
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft products
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• Emotional intelligence 
• Creativity 
• Must be a self-starter with strong lead generation skills
• Must be able to work independently and is accountable

• Ability to function in stressful environments
