Customer Relations & Sales Associate
PRIME NEXUS INC is hiring a full-time Customer Relations & Sales Associate to join our team in Montgomery, AL. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive and outgoing personality, and is interested in building experience in customer service, sales, and leadership.
Our team works directly with customers in high-traffic retail environments throughout the Montgomery area. Associates help represent our clients by speaking with customers face-to-face, explaining available products and services, answering questions, and creating a positive customer experience.
No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help new team members learn the role and develop professionally.
Engage with customers face-to-face in retail locations
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Explain client products, services, promotions, and available options
Answer customer questions and help identify appropriate solutions
Assist with customer enrollment and sales transactions
Represent client brands professionally within retail environments
Work alongside team members to meet individual and team goals
Learn basic sales, customer acquisition, and account management techniques
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Develop leadership and team management skills as you progress
Strong communication and people skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Motivated to learn and improve
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
This is an entry-level opportunity with room for advancement. New team members begin by learning customer service, product knowledge, sales, and daily retail operations.
