Rick Mottern State Farm Agency is seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and service-driven Customer Relations Representative to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will be a key team member and play a critical role in delivering the “white glove” experience our customers have come to expect. Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers via phone, text, email, and walk-ins
Deliver concierge-level customer service and support
Assist with billing questions, payments, policy documents, and general service requests
Schedule appointments for licensed team members through proactive outreach
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and client satisfaction
This is an unlicensed position with opportunities for advancement. After a minimum of 12 months of successful performance and completion of Georgia licensing requirements, candidates may be considered for promotion into a licensed Account Manager role.
