Customer Relations Team Member

Ahn Nguyen State Farm is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Relations Team Member to join our team. In this role, you’ll help customers protect what matters most while providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.



Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly assistance in person, by phone, and online.
  
  
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
  
  
• Answer questions about policies, billing, coverage, and account changes.
  
  
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, policy updates, and service needs.
  
  
• Schedule appointments and support the agency team with daily administrative tasks.
  
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures.
  
  
• Help create a positive, team-oriented office environment.\

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  
  
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude.
  
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Comfortable using computers and learning agency software.
  
  
• Previous customer service, sales, insurance, or office experience is a plus.
  
  
• Property and Casualty or Life and Health insurance licensing is preferred, or willingness to obtain required licenses.
