Customer Relations Representative (Field Based)

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our client's team as a Customer Relations Representative. This is a field-based role where you'll spend most of your time meeting customers, growing your territory (MA/RI, plus 1 day a week in Billerica, MA office) and making a direct impact.

What You'll Do

• Generate 10+ new business leads per month
• Prospect and cold call using company-provided tools
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
• Resolve customer issues (target: 70-80% first contact resolution)
• Conduct regular customer check-ins and satisfaction audits
• Visit former customers to understand issues and regain business
• Spend 75-90% of your time in the field

What You Bring

• 3-5 years in the restaurant, food, or related industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with high energy and stamina for field work
• Comfortable with outreach and business development
• Organized, resourceful, and motivated
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $62,500
