Customer Relations Manager - Medico Long Beach

Compensation:$70,304 a year

Job Summary:

Customer Relations Manager provides customer support and service to meet the needs of our customers. Resolves issues and addresses needs fairly and effectively, while demonstrating Company values in their actions. Provides product and service information and identifies opportunities to improve our member and provider experiences. 

Job Description:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Provides excellent customer service
• Accurately documents all calls.
• Engages and collaborates with other departments
• Demonstrates personal responsibility and accountability by meeting attendance and schedule adherence expectations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Attend scheduled staff meetings, daily internal production meetings, and trainings as required
• Works with other Team Members to solve mutual problems.
• Keep updated Route Notes  (Route Notes should be updated every couple of months)
• Renew all accounts where agreements are expired (If applicable).
• Look for opportunities to grow routes (internally & externally).
• Maintain customer inventories on a weekly basis

Education:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills:

• 1-2 years of management experience-
• Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse group of people
• Ability to work independently and to oversee work of others
• Excellent oral and written communication and training delivery skills
• Knowledge of processing and protocols of the production plant
• Results orientated and driven work style
• Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in the production plant

Physical:

• Must be able to pick up 25 pounds occasionally
• Repetitive motions limited to repeated bending, stretching, twisting, reaching and pushing/pulling
• Able to stand for long periods at a time
• Exposure to reasonable noise level, changes in temperature, odors, humidity, lint, and dust
