Customer Relations Associate Daily Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their total satisfaction and a positive experience
- Engage with clients, providing timely and professional support for their inquiries and needs
- Help clients with financial knowledge and guidance on topics such as budgeting, savings, and investments
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships by continuously improving service delivery

Requirements for the Customer Relations Associate Role
- 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
- Pass a background check
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting
- Ability to analyze client needs and prepare tailored solutions
