Customer Relations Associate Daily Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contact for clients, ensuring their total satisfaction.
- Interact with clients and associates, providing timely, professional, and courteous support.
- Assist clients in understanding our financial products and services, including investment, savings, and retirement planning.
- Develop customized solutions for client needs and ensure successful implementation and follow-through.
- Support the sales team by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Requirements of the Customer Relations Associate Role
- 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen.
- Pass a background check.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer relationship management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting.
- Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
