As a Customer Relations Associate, you’ll work directly with customers at retail locations, promotional events, and community-based campaigns while representing nationally recognized brands.
Engage with customers through friendly, face-to-face interactions
Build positive customer relationships while representing client brands
Introduce customers to available products, services, and promotions
Answer questions and provide accurate product and service information
Assist customers with enrollments and available service options
Support daily customer acquisition and sales goals
