    Position Title:    Customer Quality Engineer

    Department:   Quality

    Reports To:         Quality Supervisor

    Description:

    As a Customer Quality Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside engineers, manufacturing leaders, and cross-functional teams while solving real-world challenges that directly impact our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates who are eager to develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills while building a long-term engineering career. No two days are the same. You'll collaborate across multiple departments, analyze quality data, help solve customer concerns, support improvement projects, and gain exposure to nearly every aspect of manufacturing operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze customer complaints, quality data, issue trends, service history, and repeated problems to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to solve customer issues.
    • Coordinate and manage external labor, contractors, or service partners during field activities when assigned.
    • Manage after-sales quality projects, including action plans, timelines, risk tracking, milestone follow-up, and final closure.
    • Balance customer satisfaction, company cost, schedule, quality impact, and business priorities when supporting issue resolution.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Management, or another related technical or business discipline.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other business software.
