Customer Outreach & Communications Support-Level 2 - Experienced (6 - 10 Years)

Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)

Role Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of communication materials from concept through delivery. The position supports business objectives for internal and external communications by managing customer outreach and ensuring ongoing communication throughout all project stages. The successful candidate will work to facilitate community awareness and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of communication materials from concept through final delivery.
  • Manage the planning, creation, review, and distribution of internal and external communication content.
  • Engage with property owners to discuss project scope, proposed equipment placement, and ensure agreement to proceed with the project.
  • Manage customer outreach, documentation of agreements, and ongoing communication throughout all project stages.
  • Manage necessary documentation including easements, project agreements, and property acknowledgments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear communication materials.
  • Coordinate communication campaigns and initiatives to support company programs and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with approved policies, outreach materials, and brand standards.
  • Work closely with the Customer Outreach Specialist or Manager to facilitate community awareness.
  • Review and edit communication materials to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
  • Track and report on communication metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Education: A four-year college degree is required.

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in customer outreach, community engagement, or communication support.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
